GENEVA – Xmodels, the recruiting arm of one of live webcam platform XCAMS, has simplified and increased model payouts.

Models who use the system’s free chat now receive up to 45 percent of sales; models who choose not to use the free chat system receive 40 percent.

Visitor-referral payments also have been modified: Xmodels now pays an additional 30 percent on the minutes spent with the model by each visitor the model brings to the platform. The model also earns 10 percent on the minutes the visitor spends with other models.

As for simplification, Xmodels no longer uses incremental payout levels that benefit top models the most. Instead, the company pays all models the same for every minute, starting with the first.
