Adult content creator, Dominatrix and “MILF next door” Mistress Kora Bell reflects on her shoots and Las Vegas adventures during the 2025 Adult Entertainment Expo in a new blog post on her official website.

“So this whole porn star thing all came to life for me last week,” Bell writes. “Seriously though… who REALLY would’ve thought that I would be working as a Flight Nurse and then just over a year later, I’d be nominated for the big stage!!!  I attended the AVN Awards last year and never in a million years did I think I would be walking the red carpet this year… but it happened!  All thanks to AVN for a job well done!  Everyone I talked to had such a fun time!”

Bell, who was nominated as Favorite Domme in the show’s Fan Voting, added, “This was my first time on the red carpet and it was exciting to see some of my fans and pose for photos and videos. The AVN Awards themselves were nothing short of amazing!  With music from Jason Derulo and the hilarious sexual comedy show, the AVN Awards show was fabulous!”
