Live Cam Awards Returning to Barcelona in 2016
BARCELONA – The second annual Live Cam Awards will return to Finca Mas Solers March 1, 2016, as part of The European Summit.
Last year’s awards were the first of their kind in the live webcamming space. According to organizers, the idea received “overwhelming participation and a huge support from the biggest players in the live-cam industry.” The 2016 awards ceremony will be even bigger, founder and organizer Alexandra Georgia said.
“The huge support of cam companies and the enthusiasm of live-cam models
literally swept me of my feet,” she said. “I am so glad and thankful that they embraced this concept and they all supported the event, making it possible. I have big surprises in store for the second edition.”
The awards recognize the talents and hard work of cam models, live-cam studios and online adult entertainment companies. A cam model herself, Georgia said her eight years in the business convinced her a celebration of the often-overlooked performers in the segment was long overdue.
Georgia handled every aspect of the 2015 awards herself, she said. The herculean effort, never before attempted by a single organizer, earned her a nomination for the 2015 YNOT Awards’ Businesswoman of the Year. She’ll attend the fifth-annual gala Wednesday evening in Prague.
“I’m extremely honored to be nominated,” she said. “Words can’t describe the
joy I had when I found out that I was considered for this [award].”
Preliminary information about the 2016 Live Cam Awards is available on the event’s website, LiveCamAwards.com.
Georgia is attending The European Summit in Prague Sept. 22-25. Email her if you would like to set up a meeting about the awards.
