TOKYO – Japanese porn fans who have dreamt of playing in person with their favorite starlets now may do so — for a price — thanks to a Japanese institution known as Mizu shōbai.

Similar to adult massage parlors and bathhouses in other parts of the world, Mizu shōbai also are called soaplands. Soapland sex workers skirt the technicalities of Japanese prostitution laws by using various parts of their bodies to bathe clients to a non-penetrative orgasm.
