eMerchantPay Achieves ISO 9001 Certification
YNOT EUROPE – UK-based payment processing solution provider eMerchantPay has earned ISO 9001 certification from international standards body Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
ISO 9001 certification is the quality management system standard recognized by more than half a million organizations in 159 countries. The independent monitoring and stringent certificate renewal process allow companies and decision-makers to have their technical operations analyzed and validated by unbiased experts familiar with industry best practices.
“We understand business owners place reliability above everything else when it comes to working with a payment processor,” said eMerchantPay Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jonas Reynisson. “Having independent, unbiased inspectors providing meaningful certification of our quality management system gives all eMerchantPay clients real peace of mind.
“LRQA is the most recognized global systems standard, and we are very proud of the fact that eMerchantPay is able to earn their highest level of certification,” he added.
The certification covers all aspects of eMerchantPay’s business operations including sales, customer service, risk management, information technology and support.
“There are very few companies that are able to achieve full ISO 9001:2008 certification, and the decision by eMerchantPay to demonstrate compliance in all phases of ongoing operations shows [our] willingness to go out of our way to provide clients with a level of reliability and stability that is unsurpassed,” Reynisson said.
