The European Summit to Include Oktoberfest Gathering Warm-Up
YNOT EUROPE – Every fall, six million people converge on the world’s largest beer festival: Munich’s Oktoberfest.
And every year, Oktoberfest Gathering corrals adult webmasters during the larger event, promising three days of business networking on top of the food, fun, world-class roller coasters and carnival atmosphere that pervade Munich’s celebration of all things beer.
The 2011 incarnation of Oktoberfest Gathering will take place Sept. 25-27 in Munich, but webmasters eager for the revelry to begin may get a jump on the action by attending the Oktoberfest Gathering Warm-Up Party during The European Summit in Prague.
“We are very happy that The European Summit provides us with the opportunity to host an Oktoberfest Gathering Warm-Up Party from 7-10 p.m. on Sept. 22 in such an adequate location like the beer cellar of the venue hotel,” said Oktoberfest Gathering organizer Benjamin Bayr. “Last year we saw many new faces of people who came down from The European Summit to our gathering in Munich, and we are happy to maintain such a fruitful partnership.”
According to The European Summit Chief Executive Officer Andreas Bischoff, Oktoberfest Gathering is a party like no other and should not be missed.
“Last year I went to the Oktoberfest Gathering myself, and I had an absolute blast,” he said. “There is no other place where you are able to mingle with big players of the industry for hours, sitting at one beer table while having a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The Oktoberfest is the largest beer-fest in the world with more than five million people attending every year. It’s a definite must-see, must-attend event.
“Munich is conveniently only a 55-minute flight or four-hour train ride away from Prague,” he added. “So, there is no excuse for not attending.”
The Oktoberfest Gathering Warm-Up Party is presented by SexSearch and co-sponsored by Wirecard, EPG Bill and Epoch.
The European Summit will take place Sept. 20-23 at Prague’s Hotel Praha.
