Marc Dorcel Brings American Reality Porn to EU TV
YNOT EUROPE – Paris-based adult content producer and distributor Marc Dorcel has sealed a deal making the company’s DorcelVision division the exclusive European distributor for content from one of the biggest reality-porn producers in the U.S.
Reality Kings, based in Miami but owned by the international adult conglomerate Manwin, debuted in 2000 offering what was then a new genre: unscripted sexual hijinks allegedly filmed “in the wild.” Today the company serves as an umbrella for 37 niched porn sites as well as a DVD production studio specializing in so-called amateur adult content.
Marc Dorcel will present Reality Kings’ entire catalog in video-on-demand format on more than 50 networks and platforms in more than 18 countries. The Marc Dorcel distribution machine represents 45 studios in channels including cable, satellite and internet protocol television; the internet and Smart TV.
“Since their creation, Marc Dorcel’s VOD services are in search of a large variety of high-quality and successful content,” said Marc Dorcel Chief Executive Officer Gregory Dorcel. “We are glad to join forces with one of the top internet-based companies and partner with Reality Kings, which brings very targeted programs of reality sex to a demanding audience.”
The Dorcel organization also launched a new product of its own this month: MyDorcelExperience.com, a website where women and couples may apply to have their intimate erotic fantasies filmed by noted French adult director Hervé Bodilis. At launch, the site offered three fantasies submitted by and reportedly starring fans of the director’s work. A new consumer-sparked episode is expected monthly.
