YNOT EUROPE – Alexandra Richards, the 23-year-old daughter of Rolling Stones guitarist and songwriter Keith Richards, has stripped for the French edition of iconic [/i]Playboy[/i] magazine.

Thank goodness she takes after her mother, former model Patti Hansen.

Modeling is nothing new for Alexandra Richards, who will turn 24 later this month. She is represented by New York’s Wilhelmina agency and has posed for notable photographers including Sante D’Orazio, Cater Smith, Annie Leibovitz, Craig McDean, Dusan Reigme, Mario Testino, Bruce Webber, Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Meisel and Tony Kelly (who shot the Playboy spread). Her professional credits include appearances in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harpers Bazaar, Jane and Teen Vogue as well as advertising campaigns for Mulberry and Tommy Hilfiger.

Posing on Spain’s Costa del Sol in a scarlet deck chair and next to a dangerous-looking palm, Richards is not entirely nude: She wears a pair of stylish Converse trainers.

Dad Keith reportedly is not happy with his offspring’s decision to bare it all, but Alexandra’s not the first Rolling Stone progeny to gather no moss. Elizabeth Jagger posed topless at the age of 20. Sister Georgia Jagger posed topless at 17. Alexandra’s half-sister Theodora Richards also has posed nude, and Jade Jagger repeatedly has been paparazzi fodder while frolicking in the altogether on Ibiza’s beaches.

When she’s not posing nude in some latter-day homage to dad’s checkered past, Alexandra Richards works as a disc jockey.

Sources on-set at the shoot described the shapely blonde as “down-to-earth.”
