YNOT EUROPE – The Spanish website Milkyway Channel on Wednesday announced the first Galaxy Awards nominations.

A panel of expert judges including Rock Pepe, Paco Gisbert, Jesús García, Javier Martinez, Remy and Xuancar determined the semifinalists in Europe, the U.S. and, of course, Spain.

Now, however, it is the general public’s turn to help determine the winners. Spanish internet users may start supporting their favorite actors, actresses, websites and videos here. Other Europeans may vote here, and Americans may visit this page.

The categories are varied, including plenty of selections devoted to performers. Also offered are unusual internet-related categories like “Best Personal Website” and “Best Video Promotional Tool.”

The entire voting process, sponsored by CumLouder, will take place online. Winners will be announced March 19.
