Clean House, Dirty Mind
YNOT EUROPE – Johann Blazy generated controversy when he opened Sensual Clean Service, a housekeeping agency featuring maids in sexy outfits in his hometown of Toulouse.
Open since December in Bordeaux and Toulouse, feminist groups accuse the service of being nothing more than a thinly veiled prostitution business.
“I knew there would be reactions, but the charge of pimping is very serious,” said Blazy, 29. “I took every precaution to prevent such slippage. I sign a contract and get an ID from every worker, and it is stipulated in the conditions of sale that clients are forbidden to touch the cleanig ladies. To be absolutely clear, I am considering installing a system capable of recording video.”
The concept is not new, since such agencies exists in Florida, but apparently Blazy’s approach has hit a nerve in France. Because the maids are in demand, Blazy has opened additional offices in Lyon, Paris, Lille and Montpellier in a few short months.
“Candidates for the maid positions are between 20 and 40,” he said. “These are students or women who want additional income. Others come from the middle class, but all are very enthusiastic and motivated for this job,” he revealed.
From an hourly rate ranging from 75 euros in Montpellier to 100 euros in Paris, the maids receive 35 euros. Not bad for polishing the furniture in a naughty outfit, and if the clients give to live out a fantasy at the same time, so much the better.
