European Summit Party Schedules Begin to Emerge


Fleshlight, BrokerBabe, ExoClick and CommerceGate are among the companies that will host or sponsor parties during the European Summit’s spring conclave, set to take place March 5-8 in Barcelona.

Novelty manufacturer Fleshlight and mobile affiliate program BrokerBabe will kick off the festivities March 5 with the summit’s official opening party. Beginning at 22:00, the sponsors will take over Shoko, one of Barcelona’s trendiest nightclubs. A special VIP area with a dedicated bar will await registered participants of the European Summit.

“We have met some of our better affiliates at past summit conferences, so it was clear for us that we had to be part of this great international conference again,” said Fleshlight Affiliate Marketing Director Sarah Jayne Anderson. “This will be the third time in a row that Fleshlight will be sponsoring the European Summit, and we are looking forward to many more ventures in the future together.”

Advertising network ExoClick and internet payment services provider CommerceGate will host a get-together the following evening, March 6, at another trendy venue: CDLC Barcelona. The event also begins at 22:00 and will feature a designated VIP area with an open bar.

“CommerceGate and ExoClick both have their headquarters in Barcelona,” ExoClick CEO Benjamin Fonze said. “When the European Summit announced another one of their successful conferences on our home turf, it was clear to us that we wanted to be supporting this great venture.”

CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Skarlen echoed Fonze’s sentiments.

“It is of great interest to our company to have an event of the scale of the summit in our city,” he said. “Not only does it allow us to show our offices to our clients, but also having the show in our home city allows us to participate with more attendees in the event, which benefits our company as a whole.”

European Summit organizer Andreas Bischoff said the conference is delighted to have all four companies renew their support this year.

“As conference organizers of course it makes us happy to add new sponsors to our network, but I believe you learn how good — or bad — you really perform from the amount of recurring sponsors you have,” he said. “ExoClick and CommerceGate have been supporting us since June 2009, when we launched the summit [then called the Barcelona Summit]. It is great to see that they still believe in our concept. I’m also very happy that both Fleshlight and BrokerBabe have decided to renew their respective previous commitments to support our event again.”
