YNOT EUROPE – European payment transaction provider Pay4 has introduced qooqo, a new mobile payment solution that works worldwide.

According to a spokesperson, the app allows users to pay quickly and easily by storing their account information inside the app. Qooqo enables one-click checkouts via custom billing page quick-response (QR) codes without requiring the user to enter any information. The buyer simply starts the app, scans a qooqo code on the sales page and confirms the payment.

The qooqo platform allows merchants to market adult-oriented content directly to mobile users around the world using Android-, iOS- and Windows-based smartphones and tablets.

According to Winkler, mobile devices are displacing PCs as the primary way to access the internet. Recent studies indicate that in major markets such as the U.S., Europe and Asia, nearly 50 percent of internet users possess smartphones, and their mobile purchases are rising.
