Spanish Products Heat Up Australia
YNOT EUROPE – Two Ducks, an adult novelties distributor in Adelaide, Australia, has partnered with two Spanish manufacturers in order to present Australian shops with out-of-the-ordinary merchandise.
Madrid-based BS is Nice, owned and operated by artists Beatriz Higón and Sabela Dopazo, creates elegant, handcrafted dildos of synthetic materials. Barcelona-based Bijoux Indiscrets provides high-end accessories and cosmetics.
According to Higón, BS’s creations are designed to stimulate not only erogenous zones, but also the imagination.
“[When we create,] we think about pleasure for men, women, transsexuals, heterosexuals, gays, lesbians, bisexuals and people of all ages,” she said. “All of our toys come with safe-sex recommendations, intended for people who are aware, informed and looking for enjoyment, whatever their sexual orientation and erotic activity.”
BS Sales Manager Raquel Traba added, “We’re so excited. After all, we’re a little company and every single piece has been done with our hands, so it’s so emotional that BS toys travel to Australia’s homes.”
Bijoux Indiscrets, established in 2006, uses visual appeal, scents, tastes, sound and sensation to stimulate all the senses with its products. The company’s goal is “to inspire imagination, encourage intimacy and provoke passion.”
“If we agree to work closely together, I am sure Bijoux Indiscrets will have a great future with Two Ducks, and we hope that we will inspire them as much as the other brands they represent have,” said Sales Director Lisa Sananes.
Two Ducks added both companies’ products to its catalog March 1.
“We’re delighted to be adding the uniquely visual range of dildos [from BS is Nice] to our existing offerings,” said Neil Duckett of Two Ducks. “Partnering with BS Is Nice to launch their product in Australia is a fantastic opportunity for us both.
“Partnering with Bijoux Indiscrets, a well established international brand, is a very proud moment for us,” he added. “We’re excited to offer a range of products as extensive as [theirs]. They complement our other brands perfectly.”
